hahaha i drew him.. at least >u> since i never draw FanArt for a long time~~
took me hmmmm about 4 hours, yes i'm really slow orz
he's my fave from Tiger&Bunny <3 (the second is Bunny xD )
maybe i'll draw the non-chibi of Ivan next or Bunny >u<
